Painfully Stupid

rbandrewsSo I bought a Roomba dock from Fry's, open box (it was the last one they had). Didn't work.
Ordered one from Amazon, it arrived today... without the charger. Called the seller on it:
Me: This is supposed to include a charger, it doesn't. I am returning it.
Her: No, it isn't! You can use the charger you already have!
Me: That isn't the point. It is supposed to include one, and says right here that it does. In three places even! I am returning it.
Her: Oh, yeah, uh, I guess you can return it.
Me: Okay, I'll mail it tomorrow.
Her: Hey, it does say it includes it! I would have shipped it if I had noticed that! Unfortunately, I need the charger for my Roomba, so...
Note: this was advertised as "new in box". She apparently bought it, took the charger out, and sold the dock as "new in box" on Amazon because "the charger wasn't in the picture on their page".
Unsurprisingly, she is from Alabama.
