One of two
Jan. 4th, 2006 01:54 amI'll write the other post later. It's mainly about doing things for the last time, and since the post itself is a last time, I want to get it right.
Ever wonder what forty-four banker's boxes stacked in a block look like? Come over to my place and take a look. Adam and I have packed that many boxes in the last three days, and thrown away about as much stuff.
There are also two shelves of giveaway stuff, including books, computer games, MSDN CDs, Nintendo Power magazines, string... It's really a potpourri. Kay took a lot of it though.
In the last two days I have touched everything I own. That doesn't sound that impressive... Until you try it. Go ahead, try it. Carry along a trash bag, you'll want it. Do you really need the CD that came with that magazine in 1998, still in shrink? How about that old neon pink pencil?
It's very difficult to rent a decent house if you have a cat. I'm getting downright sick of renting places as it is. I resolve to buy a house in 2006.
Damn timing.
