rbandrewsAs I mentioned to some of you, my father's laptop hard drive died recently. $400 made the broken black MacBook mine, and another $80 bought a 250 gig hard drive to fix it. Got it all put together and working last night, with a fresh install of Leopard and everything!
I'm trading an iPod dock to a friend of mine at work for 2 gigs of RAM for it, too, so once I get that it'll be a pretty capable little machine.
The keyboard will take some getting used to. I have to press harder than I'm used to on these Apple chiclet keyboards.
One thing it doesn't have is a name. What should I name it? My other machines are "spaceclam", "kallisti", "kandor", and "moonbox". Ideas?
