Greenspun's Tenth

Greenspun's Tenth Law states that all sufficiently complex C programs contain an informally-specified, bug-ridden implementation of half of Common Lisp.

What it doesn't mention is that some C programs contain nothing else, like the Ruby interpreter, for example...
