I still run Xandros on it. I don't like the lack of apt repositories, but since Ubuntu doesn't play nicely with the battery, wireless, etc, I'm happier for now.
One thing I'd watch out for is the MMC/SD write speed. I have one and it literally takes an hour to copy 20 megs to it. It's insane. I'm down with putting your home folder on there, but not until they figure out why the write is so slow (I'm sure it's kernel-related) and patch it.
