Yellownote now has an iPhone interface (read-only).
Just visit on an iPhone or iPod Touch, and it'll render iPhone-friendly forms for you.
I'm using iUI to make them. Annoyingly, when you google for iUI, the library isn't even remotely the most likely result. Makes it hard to find documentation.
