If you bought a big SD card then mostly likely you got a SDHC card which isn't supported by the Neuros. When you went to buy it did you wonder why this one 8 gig card was twice the price of the other? Because the one that was more expensive actually works in older devices. :/ It's really, really annoying. "They" should not have let SDHC be billed as an SD card because it's very deceptive. It looks like Neuros will be happy to sell you a USB SDHC card reader for $9.99 so you can use the card.
